All members of staff, whether self employed, casual or permanent, are suitably qualified. All permanent members of staff have training development plans specific to their area of expertise.
Alliance Foster Care carries out background checks on all staff employed or commissioned by the company in accordance with the requirements of the National Care Standards Act 2000 (National Minimum Fostering Standards).
